Return and Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

There will be no cash refunds or exchanges. All garments for exchange should have tags intact and never been worn. Queens are responsible for all courier fees involved with the exchange. The garment is to be returned 7 days after purchase if you wish to return garments for exchange. No exchanges will be done on monogrammed garments.
